Yes you can start off by being a asshole and raping her but that path eventually leads to the girls death so... If you play nice and open her up she will eventually offer herself to you. It's essentially the reverse of every slave trainer out there, instead of trying to break the girl in, shes already broke and you are trying to fix her which makes her fall in love with you. You can eventually start buying her clothes some of which are required to unlock certain scenes such as the Nurse outfit (work sex scene) and the Gothic Lolita (forest sex scene) costume, there is one for when she gets up in the middle of the night but forgot what costume was required for that as it was changed in this version from previous versions which was just the main guy's shirt that she masturbates in if you leave her at home while you go to town. This is a completed game and I think if there are anymore updates they will be purely cosmetic items that most likely won't add new scenes. This game is kinda a grind at first but eventually patting her on the head for several days *cough*imeanweeks*cough* will lead to the good shit. She gets sick at some point which she won't mention if you go rape path and you have to be careful with her and watch over her till she gets better which is literally an option that you pick and game does it automatically.
